Ha earned his Master in Management Information System from Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (Vietnam National University) in 2020. With a commendable decade-long career in the industry, Ha has amassed extensive experience in roles of increasing responsibility. Notably, he spent 7 years contributing to the IT Operations team of a prominent Swiss company (Mantu Group) and 3 years working for a Japanese company (Softfront company), where he played a pivotal role in managing cloud infrastructure, including O365 and Microsoft Teams solutions. His leadership as the head of the telephony department underscores his strategic acumen and proficiency in managing complex systems.
