On February 21, 2024, within the framework of a business trip to Taiwan, Alpha Books Chairman Nguyen Canh Binh and the delegation had a meeting and exchange with representatives from VNEAT and visited the Institute of Earth Sciences (IES), Academia Sinica.
Accompanied by a group of distinguished members from VNEAT, including Vice President Mr. Nguyen Duy Tong, Executive Committee Member Dr. Nguyen Truong Tai, and esteemed colleague Dr. Nguyen Cong Nghia, CEO Nguyen Canh Binh led the delegation’s efforts towards fruitful collaborations.
The day began with a crucial meeting between Alpha Books and representatives from VNEAT, where they explored synergies and shared innovative ideas. Amidst a common vision, CEO Nguyen Canh Binh described the remarkable journey of Alpha Books’ establishment and growth. Inspiring those present, he unveiled plans to revolutionize children’s engagement with science and nature through immersive programs designed for accessibility and visual appeal.
After this enriching discussion, the delegation embarked on an engaging exploration of the Institute of Earth Sciences (IES), guided by VNEAT representatives Dr. Nguyen Truong Tai and Dr. Nguyen Cong Nghia. Within the institute’s halls, the delegation witnessed firsthand the cutting-edge research led by esteemed professors and domain experts.
In a defining moment of collaboration, both parties conceived the ambitious vision of establishing a Vietnamese-language library tailored to enrich the lives of Vietnamese children and second-generation immigrants in Taiwan. This bold initiative symbolizes the enduring bond between the two nations and highlights the power of collaboration in fostering cross-cultural understanding and knowledge exchange.
The Alpha Books delegation leaves Taiwan, ready to turn these aspirations into tangible realities through sustained cooperation and a shared commitment to education and cultural enrichment.
